These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://codex-grp.com (the “Site”) and all services and products offered through it. By using the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Site: Refers to the Store’s electronic domain and all pages and content it contains.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1. We strive to display accurate images and descriptions of the Products. However, we do not guarantee that the images will be an exact match to the actual product, as they may be for illustrative purposes. The product’s technical specifications are the primary reference.
3.2. All prices displayed on the Site are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
3.3. Published prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Egyptian law.
3.4. The Store reserves the right to modify Product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1. An order submitted by the Customer is considered an offer to purchase the Product. The order is not considered complete and binding until it is confirmed by the Store.
4.2. The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4.3. Available payment methods are: Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard), Digital Wallets, Cash on Delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
5.2. The expected delivery period is [2-7 business days] within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
5.3. The Customer bears the shipping costs, which are clarified before the payment is completed.
5.4. Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer must sign for receipt and inspect the product.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

6.1. In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, the Customer has the right to return or exchange a Product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.2. Conditions for accepting a return/exchange: Product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

7. Warranty

7.1. Most Products are subject to the warranty period specified by the manufacturer or its official agent in Egypt.
7.2. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, breakage, liquid exposure, or repair attempts outside of authorized service centers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of codex-grp and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or the Products.
