Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. General Right of Return (Within 14 Days)

You may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and protective films are intact.
• All accessories, manuals, and gifts are included.
• Original proof of purchase is provided.

2. Manufacturing Defects (Within 30 Days)

If a defect is discovered within 30 days, you are entitled to:

• Exchange for a new unit of the same model.
• A full refund (including shipping).
• Free repair at the Store’s expense.

Note: The Store reserves the right to verify the defect via our technical department.
